Glenn is a writer, surfer and dad, originally from the Central Coast of NSW, he went to Newcastle University and now in Bondi. Glenn write novels, short stories and memoir. Hos debut crime novel, Teeth Kicker (HarperCollins) comes out in August 2026.

Glenn's short fiction features the weird and the wounded, criminals, wanderers, lovers, and ordinary people getting in over their heads. There are links to a whole bunch of his short stories somewhere round here...

 

In 2009, Glenn lost some of his left arm to a Great White shark attack. He couldn't more strongly recommend that you avoid that kind of thing, if you can. His memoir Man In A Grey Suit (Penguin) recounts the attack and its aftermath.

When he's not writing, you can find him in the surf or spending time with his wife and two daughters.
